We recently hired Heffernan’s to clean our windows and light pressure-wash the exterior of our house. We are very pleased with their team’s work. One guy cleaned the inside of the windows. The guy doing the outside work arrived late because of an issue with some equipment, but once he got here, he worked very hard until the job was done. I would hire this team again.

Overall I was happy with my roof washing. Hefferman’s was much more thorough than Bone Dry, taking the time to wash off what moss they could after they killed it, whereas Bone Dry just tells you to wait until the dead stuff comes off the next time it rains hard. Their level of thoroughness, accompanied by a slight breeze, ended up creating some water spots on nearby windows. Not a big deal because I am having them cleaned shortly and thought that might happen so I made sure to schedule this before the window cleaning. The crew was fast, efficient, and courteous.

They did a great job of cleaning the exteriors of my windows! They were prompt efficient and polite. I wanted the outside windows cleaned before my daughter’s graduation party. Between messaging them online and actually getting them here it was just a couple of days (and that was more due to weather and my schedule). Highly recommend!

We are very satisfied with the work done by Heffernan’s. They washed our windows, cleaned out our window wells, and installed our screens all while we were offsite before moving in. The team was efficient and transparent, and we are so happy to be living in our newly clean and safe home. Highly recommend!

We had both the roof and siding cleaned due to mold. The crew arrived right on time and were the friendliest most polite group I’ve ever hired. They explained what they were going to do and completed the job in a timely manner. The house looks wonderful. The results are very dramatic. The price is very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

They have online scheduling which is rare for home improvement companies and was extremely convenient! The representative showed up on time, was fast, did a great job, and cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

We had a new cedar fence installed a few years ago. While Heffernans were performing a house cleaning they mentioned they also seal fences and noticed ours was probably due for one soon. I kept them in mind when scheduling our fence to be sealed this fall. They were able to come out for an estimate as soon as I contacted them and scheduled service the next week. The fence was cleaned and sealed just as we had envisioned. They were very easy to work with and hope to use their services again in the future.

Chris and his team did an excellent job cleaning the roof on our house. Their thorough process removed the dark streaks and algae growing on the shaded sides of our roof, and made the entire roof look like new again. They were careful to protect the flowers and shrubs around our house from any damage, and cleaned up all the sticks and other debris that washed off the roof as they finished their work. Heffernan’s is highly recommended for their roof cleaning services.

The service team was here on time as scheduled! They hung the lights on all 3 levels of the house perfectly and really quite quickly! They set the timer as directed and when the job was complete, they asked if we were satisfied with the job or would we like any changes before they left the site! The guys were polite and very good at this task of hanging our holiday lights for us to enjoy all season! Thank you for a job well done!

They sent Kevin & he was so friendly! He was very thorough taking his time washing the entire house. It hasn’t been washed in 3 years after all the muck & weather & north facing mold. He was very considerate of our things and our space since we have dogs. And after he left, we sat and admired our newly cleaned siding. Very satisfying!

Great experience using Heffernans. They were quick and reasonable during the estimate process, then were prompt and very professional when doing the work. We were having new screens installed and decided to get the windows cleaned at the same time. We had never had them cleaned in the 15 years we lived there (no judging!) p, but I didn’t think they looked that bad. However, after Heffernan’s finished it was quite evident I had lied to myself about not looking bad. It looked like we had new windows. They did a great job, inside and out, and their associate was nice as can be, very personable and professional. I will not hesitate to use them again and/or recommend their services, all thanks to Chris and his team.

The gentlemen who were here were very polite and helpful. We can see out once again! One man worked outside and one worked inside. They called back right away, worked with me to fit my appointment in on short notice. It was a big job. The gentleman worked really hard and quickly to clean screens and inside and outside of all my windows. After the washing, the house looks great, like we had repainted it. Driveway and walkway looks good. Windows and transom glass have never sparkled better. All the high cow webs are gone! Thank you and Great job Heffernan Home service!
